South Shore Marina was founded in 1968 on the banks of Cowan Lake at Cowan Lake State Park. It has been under control of the Taylor Family since 1985. Tom Taylor actually started at SSM at the ripe old age of 17. The rest, as they say, is history!
The Taylor Family has became one of the most familiar names in the marine industry in southwestern Ohio. They have recieved many awards such as Master Technician Certification, Top Ten Lowe Boats Dealer, Top Evinrude Dealer; and several employees have been nationally recognized in trade publications.
